The rising cost of rent and gas is putting serious pressure on everyday people. These are basic, unavoidable expenses, and when they increase, everything else becomes harder to manage. Addressing this would bring real, immediate relief to working families.

Extending the statute of limitations is essential. Many survivors need time to process what happened, feel safe, and come forward. The current time limits often protect perpetrators more than victims. This change would create a more fair and just system.

Housing has to be part of the solution. People cannot rebuild their lives without a safe, stable place to sleep, shower, store their belongings, and exist with dignity. Providing housing is not just compassionate—it creates a real foundation for better mental health, safety, and long-term stability.

This kind of issue (racism) would really benefit from a trial. We need to talk together as a community. As they say, there are three sides to a story. All of our voices need to be heard. Then we will get to a good place together.

The longer people wait for housing, the harder it is to get back on their feet. Faster solutions could help break that cycle.

If taxes are too high, it defeats the purpose of having a regulated market in the first place. A lower tax burden could support legal businesses and make products more accessible.

Seniors and veterans have already given so much, and many are still struggling to meet basic needs. Increasing support like this is about dignity and making sure no one is left behind.
