I totally agree!! As a real estate agent, I get clients asking if I have any rentals. As soon as I tell them the pricing, they immediately say they should just save up and buy a house. They might as well be paying a mortgage at these rates. These are middle class adults with families. How are young people supposed to go out on their own and stand on their own feet?? They need advocates, we need to do something to help!!
