Everybody should be judged by the quality of their character, not the color of their skin!
-
I think this is an issue that needs to be examined and addressed more in-depth!

Please vote for Dane’s proposal by clicking on the happy face above the video.

Let’s all Upvote ✅ and Stand with Dane! No one should ever be ridiculed based on their race!

I have worked alongside Dane for many years at MWD. He is an outstanding employee who deserves a chance to contribute his skills to the pump plant once again!
It’s a travesty the road MWD chose to go down with woke DEI discriminatory behavior. It’s not acceptable to prop up a certain race at the expense of another when no wrongdoing was committed.
MWD hoped that Dane would go away but he’s just getting started! They messed with the wrong man. I admire the courage he has to fight this almost un-winnable war that has played out in the justice system. Go Dane!

Very unfortunate considering Dane seems like a straight up solid guy. I hope he ignites a spark and gets what he deserves. Will deffinitely be following up on this interesting case as it goes on …prayers & positive thoughts go out to him and his family at this distress of a time🙏🏼

It’s honestly a tough situation all around. Sending positive energy his way and hoping things get handled fairly.

This kind of issue (racism) would really benefit from a trial. We need to talk together as a community. As they say, there are three sides to a story. All of our voices need to be heard. Then we will get to a good place together.

Discrimination is wrong and I’m glad we are bringing awareness to this important issue.

One more thing that needs to be said. Reverse discrimination (as well as antiblack hate, antihispanic hate and antiasian hate) divides us. Because we are divided, we can’t implement economic policies that will lead to family wealth, secure housing, secure food, basic health care and affordable transportation. We need to stand up for each other. An attack against one of us is an attack against all of us. Don’t forget Dr. King’s beautiful dream!
-
Yes, end all discrimination in the workplace and in all other places. We need to stand together and fight for what is right. Therefore, we need to fight against discrimination because it is not only wrong, but it is ignorance at its best.

It’s sad how discrimination in the workplace ruins peoples lives. We can’t stand for that, we need to not allow discrimination in the workplace.
